Prices and Payments

Shipping Policies
Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. If the package is returned to our boutique due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer must pay for the new shipping and provide the correct address, and Bia's Boutique will resend the package. Any questions or inquiries regarding why the package was returned to our establishment should be directed to the postal service, which is responsible for distribution.
The shipping cost is standard. At our boutique, we strive to dispatch products within the timeframes indicated in the product description. However, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages by the postal service. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the postal service is responsible for your package.
Any claims should be made directly with the postal service using the tracking number provided to each customer.
